for the Laird’s
225th Anniversary
The Molly Pitcher
1 ½ oz Laird’s Applejack
1 oz Cointreau
½ oz fresh lime juice
1 or 2 dashes cranberry juice (for color)
1 lime wedge, for garnish
Shake and strain into
a chilled cocktail glass. Add the garnish.
The
Patriot
Mix 50% Laird’s Applejack with 50%
Ruby Port.
Serve at room temperature in small sherry glasses.
The
Betsy Ross
1 oz Laird’s Applejack
1 oz Dry Vermouth
½ oz Casoni Limoncello
Club soda
Pour over ice in a small wine goblet and top off
with club soda. Garnish with a lemon twist.
The
Minuteman
1 ½ oz Laird’s Applejack
4 oz apple cider
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 lemon wedge, for garnish
Pour all ingredients over ice in a tall glass.
Stir well to incorporate the bitters. Add garnish,
squeezing the lemon juice into the drink. |
