Pinot Grigio grapes, when fully ripen, are not white. They are a light red/copper color.  As a result this wine is straw yellow with dancing copper tones. Its bouquet is intense, fresh and very agreeable.

The taste is full of character; fresh, dry and harmonious. Equally perfect with chicken, seafood or as an aperitif. (Alc. 12% by Vol.)
